Yes, customers can apply for a rescheduling of monthly repayment through e-Tiket portal at e-Ticket by submitting documents as below: -

1. Application request for rescheduling of repayment.
2. Confirmation letter on the project status i.e., Abandoned/ Problem (Without License)/ Sick Project by the Kementerian Pembangunan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT)/Kementerian Kerajaan Tempatan & Perumahan (KKTP) Sabah/ Sarawak
Yes, customers can apply for financing cancellation through e-Tiket portal at e-Ticket by submitting documents as below: -:

1. Application request for financing cancellation.
2. Confirmation letter on the project status i.e., Abandoned/ Problem (Without License)/ Sick Project by the Kementerian Pembangunan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT)/Kementerian Kerajaan Tempatan & Perumahan (KKTP) Sabah/ Sarawak
Customers can obtain confirmation letter of the project status i.e., Abandoned/Problem/Sick Project through the official website or may visit to the KPKT/KKTP (Sabah/Sarawak) Office as below: -
