For financing that has been fully completed, the customer needs to do 2 things as follows:

1) Cancel the insurance policy as stated in the financing settlement letter.
2) Make a review and application for overpayment claims (if any) and the return of title documents through:

a) e-Settled Portal - https://services.lppsa.gov.my/e-settled
b) Download the Application form on the official LPPSA website and hand it in at the LPPSA Counter Service or post it to the following address:-

The financing settlement letter will be sent to the customer according to the last updated address to LPPSA. If the customer does not receive the letter, please apply through the eTiket portal - https://etiket.lppsa.gov.my/.
Yes, the customer needs to submit a financing settlement letter to the relevant insurance company for the purpose of claiming or canceling the insurance policy.
A financing settlement letter will be issued within 5 working days starting from the date of the full payment is credited into the customer's financing account.
