Yes, LPPSA allows customer to request for a reschedule of repayment (to reduce repayment amount) upon the partial settlement payment made with a minimum of six (6) months of monthly installments after taking into account the arrears (if any). The customer is allowed to make partial settlement payments to reduce the principal outstanding balance one (1) time a year.

If the customers made a payment more than six (6) month of monthly instalments for a second time within a same year, the payment amount will not be part of the partial settlement amount and customers may apply a new application in the subsequent year.

Customers need to submit rescheduling application along with proof of payment via email to eftmaklum@lppsa.gov.my or e-Ticket

Customer is eligible for financing repayment deferment application upon approval of half pay leave or unpaid leave from Head of Department for a minimum period of one (1) year and subject to the following conditions:

i. To further study under Government sponsorship for a Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree/ Master/ PhD locally or overseas; or
ii. To accompany a spouse for study under Government sponsorship for a Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree/ Master/ PhD locally or overseas; or
iii. To accompany a spouse for duty with the Government overseas; or
iv. Childcare leave to be extended with post maternity leave.
