FAQ
Customers may choose one of the following options :

i. Maintain the monthly repayment with a reduced financing period;
ii. Reduce the monthly repayment while maintaining the financing period;
iii. Increase the monthly repayment while reducing the financing period;
iv. Increase the monthly repayment without settlement payment ; or
v. Settle the financing in full without applying for a Statement of Outstanding Balance.
Customers who meet the following conditions are eligible to apply :

a) The financing account is still active.
b) Still serving or have retired with a pension.
c) No repayment arrears.
d) Salary Deduction Instruction (APG) or Pension Deduction Instruction (APP) has been implemented.
e) Not currently in a period of leave without pay, half-pay leave, or debt settlement plan (DSP).
a) The minimum amount is equivalent to six (6) months of financing repayment.
b) If the payment is made through EPF withdrawal and the amount is less than six (6) months, the customer must pay the difference.
c) If the payment received is less than six (6) months, it will be treated as an overpayment and will not reduce the principal financing balance.
d) Overpayments cannot be claimed back as they will be credited to the customer's financing account.
e) There will be no change to the interest rate after the rescheduling is implemented.
f) Customers are only allowed to apply for rescheduling once a year.
g) Customers are not allowed to reduce the monthly repayment by extending the financing period
Payments received will first be credited as an overpayment. The reduction of the financing balance will only be carried out after a formal application for partial reduction is received.
The rescheduling application will be processed within five (5) working days after all complete documents are received.
Extension of the financing period is not allowed after the rescheduling is implemented.
Yes, customers can apply for the rescheduling of monthly repayment for the application to increase the existing monthly repayment amount, as stated in option (iv) on the application form.
The application form and supporting documents can be submitted to LPPSA through one of the following methods:

a) Online via e-Ticket at the link: https://etiket.lppsa.gov.my
b) Scan the provided QR code; or

c) Post to the LPPSA address stated on the official website.
