Application for EPF withdrawal can be made through online via EPF i-Akaun (Member). For further clarification, you may visit EPF website at www.kwsp.gov.my or refer to any of the nearest EPF branches.

Yes, customer can request a redemption statement for the purpose of full settlement via online through the LPPSA portal – https://lms.lppsa.gov.my/JACCESS/portal/ – Online Form - Application for a Redemption and Settlement Forms
No. The outstanding balance displayed in the portal is based on the estimated outstanding balance and does not part of the interest/ profit, charges or accumulated payments.

Customer may request for Redemption Statement for settlement of outstanding balance. The final redemption sum will be calculated up to three (3) or six (6) months ahead. Settlement payment can be made according to the month and amount stated in the Redemption Statement.
Customers thorugh lawyer may submit an official Redemption Statement application by completing the Redemption/Sale/Refinancing Application to Bank/Financial Institution (Jh1) Form and the Application for Selling Property Through Contra (Jh2) Form.
